Art and music have a beautiful, long-standing relationship. You may have noticed a surge of coloring books on the stands at local bookstores lately. I think it is wonderful that art for stress relief/meditative purposes is becoming more mainstream. My mom was an artist, and I have wonderful memories of coloring and painting while she worked on something great.
