Music Therapy is an alllied health profession that utilizes live music and evidenced-based practices to help and heal.  Music Therapists conduct, participate in, write, and read research from our field, and related fields of psychology, psychiatry, sociology, creative arts, music education, and medicine in order to better ourselves and our profession. Music Therapists earn degrees, and become board certified.
